Authentication Protocol Settings: CHAP/PAP
DNS Settings;

WINS Settings:
10.11.12.13
10.11.12.14

Steps:
1. Connect Dashboard with above settings.
2. Connect VPN using config above.
3. Use this proxy: 10.102.61.238 port 80. Put this to your web browser.
4. Then browse, it will only takes several seconds to fully loaded the websites.

Notice the rates between dashboard and IDM doesn't fit each other.
