Closed Ssl bug to ovpn

hello everyone im having a bug in my isp to Have Free internet
it working in anonytun through SSL protocol m.facebook. com 443
Im Wondering if there is anyone can help to convert this bug to Ovpn because SSL its slow .

because Anonytun is using port 443 and do i need a proxy with 443 or it doesnt matter i can use 8080

443 it can use with no proxy
