Kumusta mga smart users yung mga na-block nung mga nakaraang araw ano balita?

May good news ako! Yung dalawang smart prepaid LTE sim ko na na-block nung Dec 29 bumalik yung data kanina lang. Di ko alam kung papaano nangyari. Chinat ko yung smart medyo nagrant lang ako ng konti tapos sinabi ko na ambagal ng response nila sa mga concern ng customers regarding data block tapos yun nga sinabi na magpasa raw ako ng complaint letter tsaka valid ID antagal magreply kaya nadagdagan yung inis ko sabi ko mas pinapabagal nyo yung process ng data unblocking, tapos last na reply ko sa kanila sinabi ko na lilipat na ko ng network haha!
Yung isa kong sim naka-register pa sa AT60 bukas pa expire kaya nagagamit ko na ulit ngayon.

Positive!. Yung 1.3GB na na-block ni smart ko okay na ulit. Mukang balik na siya ulit sa 2GB per day?! Sana! Haha!

I called them earlier late afternoon, telling them that the new policy sucks, though I doubt if that has anything to do with my sim getting "unblocked". Cause the csr just submitted a documentation, I told her to put my opinion in that documentation, that it is very unjust for the customers to go through such a lengthy process of "unblocking" and that's that. I don't know the circumstances on why many sim cards regained data connectivity as CSRs also have very limited information pool at hand, they even told me to go to their facebook page/twitter whatnot if I want additional information, as you cannot be redirected to a higher tier agent cause they don't have that within the company.

Simple lang ang pag unblock. Mag bulag bulagan lang kayo na di nyo alam kung bakit na block. Nag load kayo tapos di nagpakita data. Sila na ang mag susubmit ng report sa kanilang tech and within 1-2 hrs babalik na yan
