Help Russia's form of government

Please enlighten me, nalilito po ako.

Did you know?

Web hosting is a service that allows organizations and individuals to post a website or web page onto the Internet. A web host, or web hosting service provider, is a business that provides the technologies and services needed for a website or webpage to be viewed on the Internet. Websites are hosted, or stored, on special computers called servers.

When Internet users want to view your website, all they need to do is type your website address or domain into their browser. Their computer will then connect to your server, and your webpages will be delivered to them through the browser.

When it comes to web hosting companies based on the number of hosted websites, GoDaddy has established itself as a clear market dominator. According to HostAdvice, GoDaddy has covered over 19% of the market, leaving a not-so-significant market share to other hosting providers such as Google Cloud Platform, 1&1, Amazon Web Services, and Cloudflare.

According to Builtwith, GoDaddy has also managed to become a world dominator when it comes to providing VPS web hosting. GoDaddy’s market share in this segment counts for over 23%, whereas its closest competitors, such as DreamHost and Digital Ocean, cover 1.46% and 1.23% of the market share, respectively.

Mas madali siya maintindihan kung ida-disect mo into individual jargon:

Democratic = government by people; meaning, leaders are elected through people votes. Although, this comes with a caveat in relation to Russia.

Semi-presidential = there's a president and a prime minister running the government, although the president holds the greater power.

Federal = May 2 layers ng governance sa bansa - yung isa, involved sa national affairs at yung isa ay involved sa internal affairs. "Federalism is a system of government in which the same territory is controlled by two levels of government. Generally, an overarching national government is responsible for broader governance of larger territorial areas, while the smaller subdivisions...

Maraming thanks po, gets ko po. Yung federal lang po medyo nalito ako pero nagets ko po, and I will do a further research about that po sa federal.

Think of the federal government as divided into two: yung isa ay concerned sa national concerns ng bansa, and therefore mas malawak yung scope kumpara sa isa na involved lang around local concerns, e.g., smaller subdivisions, states, and cities. Note: Russia, as a nation, is comprised of multiple republic states.

Gets ko na po hehe, Maraming salamat po.

actually you don't get the real feel of government through its name, you must look directly into the constitution dahil andun ang mga kaibahan ng pamamalakad kahit same name pa ang dinadala ng government

russia has both the characteristics of democratic and federal form of semi-presidential government, it exercise dual executive power just like any other parliament but with a slight twist: the prime minister (head of government) is appointed by the president which gives the president power over government indirectly instead of being just symbolic head of state

actually ang pinas ay nag attempt ng parliamentary style during the 1973 constitution but with a different twist, the president is still the head of both the state and the government whereas the prime minister is only the head of the cabinet instead of being the head of the entire government

so democracy and federalism can both exist since federalism has something to do with the structure which is dual control of regions (national and local) and democracy has something to do with the appointer which is the people kaya yang problem mo with democratic and federal actually mean the same for russia
