Closed [help] asus laptop touchpad not working

Mga sir baka may naka experience na sainyo na di gumana touchpad after windows update.

Last friday nag auto update yung windows 10 ko then kinabukasan di na gumagana yung touchpad, nasa device manager ko pa siya then inuninstall ko after restart di na siya ma detect ng laptop. Nag reset factory na din ako ng laptop, na revert back siya sa windows 8 but still di pa din ma detect. Hardware na kaya po ang sira?

na try ko na din yan eh, ganun pa din.

hindi po hard ware yan try mo po i format sa windows 7 kasi ang windows 10 nag a auto update yata po yan eh

naka windows 8 na ko, eto OS ng laptop nung binili ko. ganun pa din.

Nag gaganito din yong assus ko window7 kpag di nagana touchpad nya. Di ko ginagamet ng ilang araw tas kusa syang nbalik. Nagagamet ko ulit. Pangatlo na siguro nangyari yan.

sana nga bumalik sir kaso 1 week ng ganito.

Dito ka lang dapat mag update ng drivers mo or
Asus Manager apps.

Kindly update din po bios nyo para updated din. Pag nag update ka bios dapat battery mo is 80% ganun din sa pc kasi since walang battery ups dapat pero kung sure di naman nagbrown out sa inyo kaya na yan direct lang

Have you tried reformat? most cases kasi upon reformat to WIN 10 kasi nawawala ang Mouse Icon or overheating, try downgrade it to WIN7 or e boot mo, kung mag uupear sa pre-boot set-up kung mag uuper, so sa OS mo yan.
