My concern po is I have authentication issue with this Globe provided modem. Originally ang modem ko was Prolink wireless modem kaso nasira siya and napalitan ng Aztech modem. Kapag pinapatay ko yung modem or biglang nag-flash ang DSL light it takes forever before modem authenticates (meaning internet light on the modem stays red). I have to reset modem to factory settings several times bago siya kumonect ulit. And funny thing about it is kahit i-reset mo ang modem to factory settings pag-login mo sa modem andun pa din ung PPPoE logins mo (account username and password) meaning hindi talaga fully reset ang modem. Ang wina-wipe out lang nya is yung modem login (admin/admin) and yung wireless settings.

Question: is there a link where I can find a firmware upgrade for my modem (hoping it could resolve the authentication issue). I tried to look at Aztech site pero wala doon yung model number ng modem that I'm using. If not, does anyone knows how to fix this kind of issue? Super thank you in advance sa makakasagot.

I'm using my connection for homebased job and my modem sucks! Nakakagigil to the point na ang sarap itapon dahil walang silbi! Napapagod na ko kaka-reset at kaka-configure ng wireless settings ko. Haizt..

Good afternoon po sainyong lahat!

Sana po may makatulong sakin. Kapapalit lang po ng modem namin pero ayaw po ibigay nung technician yung admin PW ng modem kahit sinabi ko na po na gusto ko mag-port forwarding, mag-MAC filtering, and mag-check ng modem firewall settings.

Meron po ba sainyo nakaka-alam ng "admin log-in" for Aztech DSL5028EN (1T1R)?

Nag-backread na po ako kaso wala po nakapost ng log-in for my modem.
