1. papalitan ang sim card with same number...nagpapunta ako ng authorize rep ko with authorization letter since disable po ako
hindi makapunta sa globe center....wala palang silbi yun pagregister ng sim card kasi hinihingan pa rin ako ng 2 valid id plus photo pa...
di ba ganyan din hinihingi sa sim reg....
2. tumawag ako sa customer service hotline nila....automated na pala sila....wala ka na palang makakausap na globe representative...
3. since tagal na ako di natawag sa customer service nila...ganyan na pala ang kalakaran sa service nila....nakakafrustrate kasi pabalik balik na lang
yun taong inutusan ko'''
4. kung hindi lang maganda ang old globe number ko na inalagaan ko throughout the years...wala pa akong sakit nun number ko na sya....i won't bother to change sim card na
tinext nila sa number ko kasi pang 5g na ang sim and free daw kung papalitan

sorry for ranting....nakakafrustrate kasi....ang daming arte nila nag sim registration na nga eh na provide ko sa authorization letter ko....wala palang silbi yan....

Oo, hihingian ng ID yung pinapunta mo don kahit pa may authorization letter. Ipadala mo rin sa kanya ang ID mo.

Meron pa rin namang reps ang globe.. You just need to choose the right option para ma-route ka sa live representative

lods ayaw lahat ng option ginawa ko na sa tawag...wala talagang makakausap na live rep e...
with regards sa sim card...ang rant ko lang wala pa lang silbi yan sim registration na yan kasi di mo man magamit na proof sa kanila.....may PWD id na akong pinadala hinihingan pa ako ng ibang ID tsaka po id picture :(
