What you need:

4. Open SteamTools (should see main interface)
5. Import manifest + .lua files
   • Look for “Import” or “Add Games” button in SteamTools

6. Restart Steam
   • Close Steam completely
   • Reopen it
   • Check your library → should see new games

The reality:

File names aren’t labeled clearly as “GTA V” or “GTA San Andreas”
