pano mo ma prove "live skill" mo kung wala kang certifications? hahahaha walang certifications may be attributed to kulang na "live skill"

pareho pong kelanga Certifcate at Skill, bakit? sa mga High-End nacompany HR/Recruiter ang nagfifilter ng CV ng mga applicants babasahin nila ang CV mo kung my certifcation ka(e.g ikaw ba magpapagawa ka ng bahay sa hindi license Engineer or Archi) kapag pasado kana sa listing ng HR/Recruiter then dun palang makikita ng IT Manager ang CV mo saka dun mo ipapakita ang skill mo.

Wala pala,,pang computer lang pala to,,sayang nawala kc tesda nc2 certificate ko,,pahirapan pa nmn kumuha
