Yes, pwede. Yung internet via LAN connection to PC tapos yung wifi ng PC mo ang magbroadcast as hotspot.
Nakalimutan ko software na ginamit ko, i-google mo na lang.

CMD trick :
Open cmd as admin
Type netsh wlan set hostednetwork ssid=freewifi key=password
To start wifi type netsh wlan start hostednetwork
To share internet punta ka sa network connection (or search ncpa.cpl)
Tapos right click mu ung wifi source properties
Punta sa internet sharing tab
Tpos i share mu dun sa ginawa mung wireless network
To close wifi type netsh wlan stop hostednetwork

may nabibiling dongle nakalimutan ko tawag

Either wifi dongle or hardware na naka-install sa CPU tower ng desktop para maka-connect sa mobile hotspot. Kung vice versa, parang hindi. Sa laptop ewan ko lang kung may hotspot.

Kung Windows 10 gamit mo basta my Wifi adapter ang PC pwede. My built in hotspot ang WIndows 10. Go to Setting > Network & Internet > Mobile Hotspot
