Ano po ba pweding gawin para ma agapan ang insomia? Kahit di ako matulog ng hapon matagal pa rin ako makatulog sa gabi
 
Avoid Stress, Caffeine Content like Softdrinks, soda and Coffee. Sleep Pattern daily. Kung natutulog ka ng 8pm to 6am. Gawin mo yan daily pra masanay yung katawan. Wag kumaen bago matulog, Bawasan mo yung activities mong ginagawa yung nakasanayan mo tulad ng pag ccellphone, pqgbbasa ng mga Books or article sa internet. Mas magandang nka relax yung utak ng taong may insomnia for 2 to 3 hrs bago matulog
