Please Help me Guys with my Problems Which my Router, When i Log-in in admin which type

after Accessing it will ask you a
After Doing That Change Password and Update it, it will transfer me to the Admin where i can Change my WIFI name and other many more
but mine is like this after Clicking the update it will take me here...
HERE... yes? But if you have idea to fix this Just Tell me Please I Really needed it but i dont know how to Hard Reset the Router or do i have to to Hard Reset the Router
But i Kind of have Suspicious about someone häçking our internet connection which after playing some couple of online game it Just Sudden Restart the internet and after restarting its now super lag with a slow ping I'll Show you the Difference
I Guess this Starts at Wednesday After that its every 1-5 PM its so lag slow and also at 9- ? ? ? PM still so lag idk and sometimes 6 - 12 PM Still Lag idk whats happening maybe some just häçked our internet router
