Help po mga Master. Paano po itransfer ang files na nasa desktop papunta sa usb. Mga pictures and videos po kasi ng anak ko noong baby pa siya. Sayang naman kung ifoformat lang. May paraan po ba kahit using cmd? Maraming Salamat po.

kung nsa hard drive siya pwde mo naman alisin hard drive ng laptop mo. Tapos kunin mo na lng sa ibang computer. kung di mo na talga ma buksan yan latop mo.

Puede mo rin iboot sa safe mode yung laptop:

then i backup mo na yung mga kailangan mo sa usb.

Kung di parin umubra system restore, system reset. Parang reformat siya pero di mawawala yung files mo sa laptop. Mga apps lang ang mawawala.

Pag di parin solved using safemode, need na talaga tanggalin yung hard disk sa laptop (Katulad ng sabi sa taas) at ipasok sa enclosure (SATA to USB) then i connect sa isa pang laptop/PC para malipat/backup ang mga important files mo.
