❓ Help I can't send text messages but can call

Good evening po mga boss. I have a problem regarding sa smart prepaid ko. I can't send text messages but I can make calls. I'm currently registered in UCT50. I already tried the sim and device troubleshooting. Even inserting my prepaid sim to an another device but still have the same problem. Nakaka receive din po ako ng sms. Please help
Hindi sumasagot ang smart sa question ko e. Baka alam inyo po kung paano. Thanks!
