Mga lods, paano po magcompute ng overtime hours using multiplier in payslip? Para malaman ko po kung ilang OT hours ang pinapasok ng timekeeper nmin . nakalimutan ko na po kc magcompute slmt

(no of hours OT / 8) * rate = OTlessmultiplier
(OTlessmultiplier * .30) + OTlessmultiplier = OTrate
OTrate + rate = Total pay
sample:
7am to 4 pm pasok mo. nag OT ka ng 3 hours umuwi ka ng 7pm rate mo is 650 pesos

(3/8) * 650 = 243.75 *multiply naten to sa .30 kasi 30% ang rate ng OT
243.75 * .30 = 316.875 *eto ung bayad sa OT mo less pa ung standard rate mo
316.875 + 650 = 966.875 *yan yung bayad mo sa araw na un
