Maybe you’ve wondered what purpose they’re meant to serve. Well, now we can tell you the answer — and it turns out they’re actually really useful!

Basically, they’re an additional way to ensure your shoelaces stay tied together.
If you use them correctly, your shoes will never slip off or rub your feet, and exercising will be a much more comfortable experience:
