🔒 Closed sun sin not working with gigalife app

Hi, I noticed that I can successfully register using the gigalife app but when it comes to actually logging in I get spam of sms from sun saying:
"Sorry for the inconvenience. Service unavailable at this time (transaction not charged). RC: 1440"
The app works fine with my smart Sim. Any ideas why?

I tried both dual SIM and single Sim mode in Sim tray 1
