🔒 Closed (Converge) Always having Dropped frames(60-70%) at 8PM while livestreaming

Baka po may makatulong sa akin. As in lagi po akong nag drodropped frames kapag malapit na mag 8PM. pero before nun ok naman siya.
the only way to continue the live stream is to lower the bitrate at 2000(from 5000) and lower the resolution from 1080 to 720. pero may times parin na nagdropdrop parin.
Is this an ISP Issue? almost 1 motnh ko narin na eexperience siya. I'm from Cabuyao, Laguna. Im suing OBS.Live and tried it using streamlabs still the same.

CBR, 5000, 1080p60, ang stream ko smooth siya before 8pm. tried it on fb lvie and twitch still have dropped frames.
