🔒 Closed USB ports

Mga maam/sir ask ko lang, bakit kaya bigla na lang di gumana yung dalawang usb ports ng laptop ko? Patulong naman po please. Salamat po

Control Panel > Device Manager > Universal Serial Bus Controllers then expand mo yung list.
Right click on the first USB Root Hub entry > Properties > Power Management tab > Uncheck Allow the computer to turn off this device to save power > Save
Isa isahin mo tapos restart.
