Any idea how to fix this without usb/cd drive? Salamat in advance.

4. Select Troubleshoot.

On-off mo lang sa loading ng Windows paulit-ulit hanggang lumabas yung 'Automatic Repair', hintayin mo hanggang mapunta sa Recovery > Troubleshoot > Command Prompt, sa prompt run diskpart, tapos list disk, post mo yung result.
