❓ Help Postpaid Bill-Payment

kakabayad ko lang ngayong ng postpaid bill ko via remittance payment center na partner ng line ko.. medyo matagal ang reflect ng payment ko Sa account dashboard ko, upon checking mali ang nailagay ni kahera na number sa payment info receipt ko (yung number di tugma sa postpaid line ko) pero yung account number ng line ay tama naman. This is not the first time I made payment via this payment-channel, made several transactions with same store-branch din. Ito kaya reason bakit di nag rereflect ang payment transaction ko. Sabi kasi ni kahera okay na basta tama ang account number.

sino naka experience ng ganito?
