you should experiment on the payload since our ISP is not the same

Setup: CONNECT [host_port]@aes256-ctr hmac-256[split][lf] HTTP//1.1 200 [lf]Host: aol.com[lf]
if ever it doesn't work on you we cannot do anymore. Why? Every Telecom has it's own Unique system we are just fortunate Brazil freenet(bugsetup) does worked on us.
IF ONLY WE HAVE THE SAME TELECOM AS YOU DID IN OUR COUNTRY, Your Problem is solve but we dont and thats unfortunate
