🔒 Closed Intermittent PLDT DSL Connection

Hello mga sir. Ask ko lng po if may solution po sa intermittent connection ng PLDT lalo na kapag tuwing umuulan?

Plan is: DSL 999 + landline. Subscriber since 2000s(forgot)? Noong buhay pa yun Digitel.

Upgrade to fibr na paps. Sobrang luma na ata yan linya mo. Much better if mag upgrade na paps. Yan rin kasi problema namin noon (2018). Repair lang sana yung line namin kaso sabi ng agent available na daw yung fibr edi nag upgrade nalang kami.

Ayun. The problem is walang PLDT fibr dito sa subdivision namin. Si Converge lng meron fiber dito however ayaw ng ate ko yun converge because of poor customer service. So whether she likes it or not, need na talaga palitan ISP para siguro maging stable ang net namin. Salamat sir.
