❓ Help Smart Sim LTE ayaw magconnect sa googleplay

Bakit ganun po yung sim ko na smart lte ayaw kumonek sa google playstore, pocket wifi po gamit ko, kpag sun sim nakakakonek po, kaya suspetsa ko smart sim tlga may problema, pahelp naman po. Salamat.
