katulad mo rin ako noon, took me sometime to understand 1st consume. walang sumasagot sa tanong, you just have to go through some old post and decipher it. Pero to save you some time i'll tell you (paying it forward).

Sa giga promo subscription meron 2 data allowances, yun Daily Data Allowance (1gb or 2gb, etc per day) at yun Shareable Data Allowance (1gb or 2gb, etc) as per subscription ng promo. 1st consume means yun "Daily Data Allowance"(refreshed every after 12midnight) mo dapat ang mabawasan di yun 2nd allowance na "shareable data" (di nagrerefresh-dependent on the date of subscription). Purpose? to maximize the usage of the given data allowance since nag rerefresh yun Daily Data at yun Shareable Data hindi, pag na fully consumed yun shareable data some people said di na sila makapag connect. May instance po na working Lang mga ovpn config n sa CP kahit ubos n shareable data while using built in ovpn sa modem especially (936 and 938) nagkakaproblem ayaw mag connect.
