Additional fixes: For me, suppose to be included in 19042.545 but maybe missed. This is not minor fixes, as other people call this.

• Fixed an issue that prevents a device from entering Modern Standby.
• Fixed a reliability issue in Microsoft Edge that occurs when you open multiple windows or tabs.
