What job features related to motivation are highlighted? What type of employees do you think the companies will attract with these jobs? Attach pictures of their websites

Search mo ang company o headquarters ng Google at Facebook idol. Dagdag mo na din Netflix. Pero mas idol ko talaga Google at tsaka Facebook. Kay Google, sobrang vibrant ng headquarters, yung feeling na parang di ka nagtatrabaho sa isang kompanya kung hindi sa isang children's playground. Very open at transparent naman ang company ng Facebook. Gaganahan ka talagang magtrabaho kase may creative freedom. Very employee-friendly at motivating not only the workplace but the work itself.

Yung mga staff ni Raffy Tulfo na taga-hawak ng mic intrinsically motivating yung work nila kasi sila kaagad yung may first-hand information sa mga away. Hindi na sila yung nakiki-tsismis lang kasi sila na mismo yung pwedeng source ng tsismis.
