lol false alarm. I thought ABS-CBN took down their streams but actually they are blocking various IPs from Smart. They are really stupid enough to block Smart mobile IPs.

Only on Kodi. Other players are ignoring my settings so I don't allow them to be used.

Boss, hi2u , bale nagawa ko yung instructions, nakapag import ako ng channels, pero pag niddouble click ang channels, walang nag ppopout na video player, or walang lumabas na any screen na okay ang channel, like example yung TV5. papaano kaya to boss? o need pa ba ng 3rd party software like vlc?

TV5 is not working right now. These links are only for playback in Kodi not external software. If it is set up properly with inputstream.adaptive they should play in Kodi.

I don't supply the m3u file because it has settings that only work in Kodi, also updating all the time. If you want to use on Android box install the latest Kodi apk and follow the instructions. The playlist will auto update in your player when I put new channels.
