It still works but you MUST install inputstream adaptive. This stream does not play without it.

meron na ako inputstream adaptive ayaw pa din boss.

Try going to settings->player->and uncheck Allow hardware acceleration. I think you may have a problem with GPU decoding on your PC.

18.9 is the latest but I think any Kodi version above 17 should work. I recommend 18 though.
