Hindi pwedeng hindi mag-file ng SALN. Nasa batas yun. Kung hindi i-release sa publiko, pangit tingnan. May records ang Ombudsman nun pero hindi na yata nila irerelease agad. Pwede namang mag-kaso sa Supreme Court kung mali yung policy nila. Ako personally tingin ko mali.

Yung health records private information yun so maiintindihan ko kung hindi i-release sa publiko.

Wala ka magagawa hindi nga siya legally obliged na mag-disclose ng medical records niya. Pwede ka lang mag-ingay nang mag-ingay hanggang makulitan siya o mag-file ng kaso sa Supreme Court. Right mo na magpahayag ng saloobin diyan pero hindi niya obligasyon na sundin ang gusto mo.
