Depende yan kung anung aapplyan mo part ako ng hiring team ,kaya kung panu ako mag interview sinabi ko ,anu bang masama sa post ko?

kung mataas ng rango aapplyan mo ,like manager , mas pressured questions and demo pa ipapagawa ko para ma hire ka pero kung mababa lang na position walang pressure sa interview

Depende talaga sa position 'yan at sa company na aapplyan mo. Nung first job ko ganyan mga tanong sa akin. Nung lumipat na ako after a few years tiningnan na lang CV ko at score ko sa mga exams tapos mga tanong na lang: "Bakit tres lang grade mo dito nung college?" "Umiinom ka ba?"

Sad reality, huge portion of interview is bullsh(i)tting.

Tama yung mga comments sa taas. Ewan ko lang dun sa BS comment thingy, arguable yun. Itatanong din pala: "Where do you see yourself 5/10 years from now?" Basta be confident lang lagi tsaka ibenta mo sarili mo.
