See post #14. Download the missing file (i.e. 2nd file) and restart the self-extraction process.

PS: Be advised that the serial/license provided by the TS (thread starter) will not work and is not accepted anymore (due to Activation limit exceeded). Refer to post #15 and take a look at the screenshot if you are in doubt.
