Physical activities affect a person's fitness and wellness.
Parang cogs sa machines, ang isang cog lang, pag umikot/gumana/nag excert ng force, apektado yung ibang cogs.
Sa case na yan, physical activities, for example, ang isang tao, nag exercise (jogging/weight training/boxing, etc.) magiging malakas and malusog yung katawan nya, and at the same time, mataas yung chance na mape-prevent yung mga sakit na dumapo or lumala sa katawan nung tao.
Yung mga benefits na yun, nakuha ng katawan ng dahil lang sa nag effort sya na gumawa or mainvolve sa physical activities, sa example na to, dahil sa exercise. And as long as involved sa exercise yung tao, patuloy nyang mare-recieve yung positive side effects nung ginagawa nya.
