If you live here in Cebu City, I can recommend you a physical store. Doon rin ako bumili ng system unit/cpu for only 5000 with Core i3 2120, 4gb ram, 500 gb HDD, windows 7/10, pero kunbg computer set bibilhin mo with monitor and peripherals, 7000 lang yung price. May 8000 naman core i3 4140 naman yung processor, 4gb/500gb HDD din, 6000 naman if system unit lang bibilhin mo.
