Reach out to customer service nila. Kung ginamit mo na yung mga top up na binili mo, hindi na yan marefund.

Imagine mo may bibili sayo ng ice candy, ilang araw nakalipas, bumalik sya dahil gusto ng refund kasi sayang daw yung pera nya.

Sana hindi nalang sya bumili diba?
