August 12 ka ,bali makaka tanggap ka ng bill august 12 to september 5 ,if 10 yong date ng pagbayad
,
if month end naman ,dapat bukas meron na , 25 bukas cutoff , so august12 to august 25 lang billing mo para mabayadan mo sa 30
