This proxy server based in bsnl portal apn so please try in your state at portal apn. this trick both work in http and socket server proxy so you enjoy clean 2g or 3g speed in your mobile and pc.this is a opera mobile and pc handler trick so you can both use in your android,window os, java and Symbian mobile operating system and also use this trick on xp,vista and window 7 pc user.

• make new default gprs profile ---- Hacerneto
• apn ------- portal south.cellone.in (Please change portal at your area. eg. for north-- portalnorth)
• proxy ------- 10.220.67.31 or 84.125.39.21 Or

Open operamini handler and do the following settings in handler menu.
Socket server
socket://64.255.180.253:1080
Frontquery
64.255.180.253
Remove string from url
global-4-lvs-usa.opera-mini.net

After filling all above thing just press ok and wait for connecting to internet.After successful connecting enjoy unlimited browsing and downlaoding !!
How to config. opera mobile handler

• first download operamini (WE ATTACHED)
• install it and run
• then fill socket server proxy -socket://wap.cellone.in.php.server4.operamini.com:1080/
