forgetting is too long, meron step sa therapy na ipapaulit ulit sa kanila yung pangyayari na gusto mo kalimutan para maless yung pain or trauma. mahirap makalimot kung sa tabi tabi mo may makakaagpaalala nito. try our best nalang para ibaling agad sa ibang bagay kapag naalala ulit yung past.
