luhh, di kaya covid nga yan?
anyway, make sure na healthy kakainin mo nga like fruits and tea, green tea etc.
at wag ka na mag pupuyat, tulog by 10 PM para sa better antibody system functions.

kakalabas ko siguro to, hahah, ako kasi yung utusan dito since na bwal silang lumabas, sana naman di to yung covid
 
agapan mo lang pag feeling mo may sore throat ka na inom ka lang lagi ng hot water, yan kasi pinaka weird na nangyari saken bigla akong nawalan ng panlasa haha
