🔒 Closed Internet slow when not using a VPN

I have problem loading pages when I am not using a VPN, it either takes so much time or fail to load up. Tried contacting our ISP(kabayan, local ISP which I believe is using PLDT services) but they couldn't figure out the problem nor solve it. The reason they give is that they couldn't make changes to the network
Do you know what my problem is and any of you have the same experience as me?

Ilan speed mo kapag nag speedtest ka?

Nagtry ka na din ba ng ibang browser? Kung same parin.

Check mo din baka may proxy ip na naka lagay sa proxy settings ng browser mo.
