pero the best way save a copy of the installer, and uninstall ie 9 sa control panel

see may prerequisite talaga, go to windows updates and check for updates, matik na kasi mag ie11 yan once nag update na

wala ng support ang windows 7.. wala ka nang makukuhang update diyan.. (unless kung magmamanual KB update ka)
mag microsoft edge ka nalang ito na ang pinalit nila kay internet explorer.
