Hi mga sir, may tanong lang ako, i've been using this b315s-938 modem from globe kasi we got a prepaid plan from them.

Just try these steps:

1. Log in to the router's IP (192.168.XXXXXX)
2. Go to "Advanced"
3. Click "Security"
4. Select "Firewall" and uncheck all checkbox
5. Restart the router/modem

Then at most cases maffix na yung problem, magkakasignal na, magcoconnect na sa IPv4, and blue na and indicator.
6. And the last thing to do is to navigate to Advanced>Security>Firewall then icheck ulit ang lahat ng checkbox.

Hope it helped...

I had this same problem last night, I replaced the globe at home postpaid sim with a regular postpaid sim. It was working for a few hours then suddenly got disconnected.
Today, I’ve tried resetting the router, and it worked.
