For HTTP Injector, tap 3 lines > Settings > Check UDP forwarding or tap 3 lines > Settings > Advance Settings > CPU Wakelock. Uncheck DNS For KPNTunnel Rev, tap 3 lines > Check SSH Tunnel CDC (Connect Disconnect Connect) trick, on/off airplane mode sa CP o turn off/on modem/pocket wifi. Use default APN only. For Globe/TM, use "http.globe.com.ph" in APN settings
