Tanong lang po kung paano mag DM dito sa PHC.

Hi, pwede mo i-click ang profile pic o username ng gusto mong i-PM and then clicking "Start conversation"

Unfortunately, you can only do this if you're an Established member and the person you're trying to DM is also one.
