1. Go to setting>update and security

2. Advance option

3. On the "Download updates over metered connections"

4. yon lang.. Enjoy!

Anyway, kaya ko nilabas ang ganitong tricks dahil in general (all windows 10) mag work yan. Hindi ko sinabing wag nyo iupdate ang OS, dahil importante ang update. Sa akin lang hindi agad makapasok ang update para may pagkakataon pang mag observe kung yong windows update ay stable ba. Just like windows update KB4566866 that is june update, hindi nyo alam pumalpak ang MS non. Kaya nga naglabas agad ng KB4567523 the same month ang MS.
