May nurse po ba dito?

I damaged my nail bed yesterday natanggal yung half ng nail ko. I can't go out since lockdown dito sa amin tapos yung RHU namin on lockdown then kasi mag nag positive na Health Worker.

I have some questions lang sana on what ahould I do (proper way of dressing the wound)

Mag isa lang kasi ako sa bahay.

Correct! Pero linisin lang ng running water wag hydrogen peroxide at ******* because that would irritate the skin. Betadine is non irritated and best use for open wounds.

You can use otc pain reliver to relieve the pain such as ibuprofen or mefenamic 250 mg 3x a day. Just take it with food to avoid stomach irritation. And take vitamins c to improve wound healing and also to boost your immunity. Pero pag 2-3 days no improvement of your wounds or got infected then better to consult a doctor .

Ahh kuko nahati, sakit niyan, linisin mo lang ng betadine at alkohol tas talian mo ng tela para di malagyan ng lupa o dumi
