Follow these steps.

Extract and right click all *.exe file And Properties then find in the tab compatibality and check run as.. then set compatibality to windows 7 then apply and exit. Then start install.

You can run compatibality mode into win 7.
Just change. Extract and right click all *.exe file And Properties then find in the tab comaptibality then set compatibality to windows 7 then apply and exit. Then start installing.
