Why the need to create a thread for non-established members?
Is this to create traffic on the server?
This will only add more thread of less value though.

I think para ma avoid yung mga tao na pumupunta lang ng phc para kumuha lang ng configs or to avoid leak ng mga private things like payloads ganon

pero at the first place why would u create a thread for nonsense diba? for some reason meron mga ganong tao dito. Kaya naglalagay ng spoiler ibang mga masters dito para iwas kalat, yun lang naisip ko hahaha

Yes I get the leaking issue. Maybe to make it harder for people to become an established member.
But to create a thread for purpose of becoming an Estab?
Again, It will only add more spam and less quality content.
But rules are rules. They have been managing PHC long enough that they see what it is deemed fit.

Spam posts at low-quality threads talaga kalalabasan nyan since hindi naman strictly moderated itong forum natin, concerned din ako dito before pero naisip ko nakakaraos naman yung forum ng ganito at nasa sa atin naman kung gusto nating mag-stay o hindi, kung gusto mo mag-stay hindi naman siguro mahirap matupad yung mga requirements at para hindi na makadagdag sa spam siguro konting effort na lang sa mga posts at thread na gagawin.

there's a rule on spam content, it can be reported and and deleted. so the the one who aims to post it just to become established will not be counted.
