Hello po mga Sir! Sorry po hindi po ako kagalingan pagdating sa computer kaya hinihingi ko po ang tuling niyo. Sana po may makasagot sa mga katanungan ko.

1. Pwede po ba itong ma update sa windows 8?

2. Nag status:0xc00000e9 po rin kasi ito pc na ito, pwede ko po kaya i-install yung windons 8 sa pamamagitan mg bios?

3. Tama po kaya itong gagawin ko? I-dodownload ko yung file ng windows 8 tapos itra-transfer ko pa sa flashdrive para ito yung gamitin kong pang install sa windows 8.

4. Hindi po kasi ako familiar sa bios kaya pwede ko po ba mahingi yung gabay niyo sa pag install ng windows 8 using bios?

May mga napanood naman po akong mga steps sa youtube at nabasang tutorial sa google pero iba parin kasi talaga pag Filipino computer expert ang nag explain. Maraming salamat po! Sorry din po kung masyadong marami ang mga tanong ko.

1) Pwede naman i-upgrade sa Windows 8, though I would suggest to just stick to Windows 7 for best performance but if you really want to upgrade then upgrade to Windows 8.1 or Windows 10 instead.

2) That error has to do with the booting process, pwedeng may na-corrupt na file o nag-fail na hardware which in your case is more likely a corrupted file as the error is related to ksecdd.sys which is a Windows kernel related file.

3) Yes you have to download the iso file first but you don't just copy it to the flash drive after that, the drive must be set up to become bootable first, luckily you can just use this simple tool called You do not have permission to view the full content of this post. 4) There is really not much to be configured in the BIOS, usually those that relate to secure boot and OS compatiblity are the ones that need to be switched.
