🔒 Closed What Happened To Globe and TM Cool Rewards Before Why They Removed It?

Good day fellow PhCorners just want to ask whether some of you got an idea or actual info regarding both the thread or the matter. Do you know or what happened to Globe or TM cool rewards before? Why Globe and TM finally decided to remove the cool rewards? Is it not being unfair to us as their loyal clients and subscribers? Is this not an ungrateful move or actions that Globe and TM did? What do you think? Just please share your contributions and additions on this thread! More power to you fellow PhCorners!

I'm not even aware of the Cool Rewards and I both have a prepaid and postpaid account for years now. Obviously, they think it's outdated in a marketing perspective that's why they removed it.

Of course those points are considerable and Globe did not remove them as far as I know. I use those points for free credits. Globe Rewards is still redeemable.

I'm just not sure of the details of the cool rewards you're talking about.

I knew what I am talking about I will not create this post or thread for with out reason you supposed to be aware and know some of the cool rewards existing of Globe, yeah true! Globe rewards is still redeemable but if they have some existing rewards, I think they must retain than removing it.

Yeah I got you now. You're talking about some redeemable items that Globe removed in their list of rewards. Same response though, they deemed it to be outdated. Not much we can do about that.

I hope you are getting my points. Why should they move rewards that are useful to other users/subscribers? It makes it appear they are missing on something or level down on some rendering of service to users/subscribers!

@ Mr. The_Weeknd, you got a point in that but it seems still not proper! It is points based to get those specific rewards they must retain it!
